APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDING OF VEGETABLE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a molding of a vegetable material that allows molding of the vegetable material into desired shape while suppressing a load in manufacturing.

SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for manufacturing the molding of the vegetable material includes a die 10 supplied with a plate material 2 with fiber as a raw material, and manufactures the molding by allowing the plate material to exhibit flowability by thermo-compression molding with the die 10. The apparatus 1 includes a pressing part 19 for applying a load to press the supplied plate material 2, and the die 10 having a molding space 12 extending sideways with respect to the pressing direction P1 of the pressing part 19 and manufacturing the molding by side extrusion molding in which the molding space 12 is filled with the plate material 2 pressed by the pressing part 19 while allowing the plate material 2 to flow through an inflow port 17.
