<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a porous polyvinylidene fluoride film at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the porous film comprises a step to prepare a solution by dissolving a polyvinylidene fluoride resin in a solvent at 70-110°C and a step to apply the solution to a substrate and dry at 30-70°C.
