<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel (meth)acrylic acid esters that have a bulky and rigid structure in an ester portion and are useful as a modifier and a copolymerization component for an adhesive, a coating material, a plastic, a resin for photoresist, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic acid esters are shown by formula (1).
