<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high availability by allowing use of a recording head having been invented and also allowing an adjustment of resolution other than in a limited direction of a main scanning direction. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge direction of ink drop from a nozzle of the recording head 24 is a direction crossing a vertical direction (horizontal direction in Fig.5). In addition, an ink discharge speed and discharge timing are determined, per ink drop, with a two-dimensional predetermined impact position defined on paper 10 to be fed in the vertical direction as a target, and an ink discharge part is controlled in accordance with an operation condition to be determined. As showing traces of "a" and "b" in Fig.5, the ink drop hits on the paper at an interval x (a displacement amount in a sub scanning direction) and an image of two lines is formed at predetermined resolution in the sub scanning direction by main scanning on one line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
