Disclosed are an emergency call processing method, a related device and a system, for setting up a simplified emergency call centre in the disaster site so as to improve the disaster rescue efficiency. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: an emergency call processing terminal receives an emergency call request transmitted by a user terminal via a base station BTS; looks up a mobile terminal in an idle communication state in an emergency mobile terminal group stored locally; and transfers the emergency call request to the mobile terminal via the BTS, so that the user terminal and the mobile terminal establish a communication connection. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding device and system for implementing the method.
