METHOD FOR COMPENSATING TIME SLOT DATA OF REMOTE METER DATA AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for revising time section data of a remote meter reading data are provided to revise a meter reading data section which is left out and transferred between an upper layer device and a lower layer device by estimating with similar data. CONSTITUTION: A missed section sensing unit(110) senses a meter reading data section which is left out and transferred between an upper layer device and a lower layer device. An accumulated average value calculating unit(120) calculates an accumulated average value by using past meter reading data of same time with a missed section. An arithmetic average value calculating unit(130) calculates an arithmetic average value of first meter reading data and second meter reading data collected in time of before and after of the missed section. A comparing unit(140) compares the accumulated average value with the arithmetic average value. A second comparison unit(150) calculates missed electric energy of the lower layer device and compares the accumulated average value with the missed electric energy when the accumulated average value belongs to an error range of the arithmetic average value. A data estimating unit(160) estimates the accumulated average value as the meter reading data of the missed section when the accumulated average value belongs to an error range of the missed electric energy.
