<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device which enhances convenience of a user when the overdischarge voltage is detected, and to provide a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery device comprises a voltage sensor circuit SV which detects the voltage of a secondary battery cell BT, and a secondary battery control unit 10 which acquires a voltage detected by the voltage sensor circuit SV, determines whether or not that voltage goes above an overcharge voltage, and notifies the recommendation state of charge/discharge of the secondary battery cell BT and the state of overcharge voltage detection. When the voltage of the secondary battery cell BT exceeding the overcharge voltage is detected, the secondary battery control unit 10 notifies overcharge voltage detection, and notifies the recommendation state of charge/discharge of the secondary battery cell BT as prohibition of charge, permission of discharge and prohibition of reception of a regenerative current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
