<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable display sheet capable of exhibiting excellent display characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 100 has a structure including: white non-charged large diameter particles 6 and porous members 17 which almost fill the space inside a display layer 20; and black charged particles 5 which have a smaller diameter than that of the large diameter particles 6 and can migrate in a plurality of pores of the porous members 17. This structure can suppress influence by the gravity and attain the desired migration of the particles 5. Even when the display device 100 is made to stand like a book, the particles 5 are prevented from moving (sinking) to a lower side in a vertical direction due to their self weight and the desired display quality is secured.
