<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that prevents water droplets around fixing means produced by dew condensation from dripping on a sheet member, and prevents a scanner part from getting fogged even in a case where the scanner part is arranged above the fixing means. <P>SOLUTION: A cover member 1a is provided on an upper side of a conveyance path 53 that extends from a fixing device 50 to a discharge roller 51 so as to cover the fixing device 50 from above. An inclined plane 11, which inclines left and upward along the conveyance path 53, is formed inside the cover member 1a. A water absorption member 9 is further provided on a bottom edge of the inclined plane 11 of the cover member 1a so as to contact the cover member 1a, and a part of the water absorption member 9 is exposed to the outside of the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
