PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic steering control device capable of stably controlling a direction of wind to a hull.

SOLUTION: The automatic steering control device includes a wind direction/wind speed data acquisition section and a course control section. The wind direction/wind speed data acquisition section acquires a relative wind direction θA. The course control section performs course control so as to make the relative wind direction θAcorrespond to a set wind direction θS. The course control section is switchable to a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the course control section performs the course control by utilizing the relative wind direction θAacquired by the wind direction/wind speed data acquisition section during the first mode (steps from S103 to S105). In the second mode, meanwhile, the course control section performs the course control by utilizing the relative wind direction θAat the start of the second mode (from S111 to S113). Then, the course control section makes the first mode and second mode switchable based on a change amount of the set wind direction θS(S101).
