<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low stool construction method in ship, which eliminates the need for any full-penetration welding to a lower section of a corrugated bulkhead block from the strength aspect, capable of performing a welding work by using fillet welding, thereby improving the welding quality and enhancing the working efficiency at site. <P>SOLUTION: A cutout part 4 cut out to the prescribed length over the full length of a wall of a ridge part or a valley part on the vertical side of a lower stool of a corrugated bulkhead block 120 is formed. A projecting wall 3 is formed, in which a vertical side upper part of a corresponding stool block 122 extends to the length corresponding to the prescribed value. An integrated corrugated bulkhead stool block 1 is formed, in which the cutout part formed in a lower portion of the corrugated bulkhead block and the projecting wall formed on an upper part of the stool block are joined with each other by the fillet welding in the assembly step in advance.
