PURPOSE: An incineration boiler device is provided to prevent a thermal strain caused by high-temperature combustion heat by cooling an inner pipe using cooling water supplied from a water storage space to an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION: An incineration boiler device(10) comprises an outer casing(101), an inner casing(102), and multiple nozzle units. The outer casing has a hollow portion, a waste gas outlet port, and a waste inlet port(111). The inner casing is installed inside the outer casing. A water storage space(103) is formed between the inner and outer casings. The nozzle units are vertically installed inside the inner casing to be separated from each other in a circumferential direction.
