摘要	PURPOSE: A cultivating method of Sparassis crispa using calcium-containing bedrock groundwater is provided to offer massive amount of calcium ions to the Sparassis crispa. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating method of Sparassis crispa using calcium-containing bedrock groundwater comprises the following steps: injecting Sparassis crispa hyphae into culture liquid containing calcium-containing bedrock groundwater, and culturing the hyphae to obtain spawns; and injecting the spawns into a medium containing the calcium-containing bedrock groundwater for culturing. The calcium-containing bedrock groundwater contains more than 5,000mg/L of calcium.
