<p>The utility model relates to a looper device of a sewing machine, which is capable of controlling correct time of capturing and releasing lower looper threads, hooked with lower looper threads on a lower looper, on an upper looper, so as to form a beautiful looper track. The upper looper (7) is provided with a lower looper thread sliding back strip surface (SL) consisting of a first lower looper thread sliding area (LO) and a second lower looper thread sliding area (EX). In the first lower looper thread sliding area (LO), the lower looper threads hooked on the upper looper smoothly slide towards the tip direction (P1) of the upper looper along with backing of the upper looper from an upper end point of the upper looper to the time point of a machine needle penetrating through cloth. In the second lower looper thread sliding area (EX), the lower looper threads hooked on the upper looper quickly slide towards the tip direction of the upper looper to be separated along with backing of the upper looper and thread tightening of a thread picking rod of the lower looper threads from the beginning of time for penetrating through the cloth.</p> |
