<p>PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly cement mortar composition and a manufacturing method of water retainable and permeable block using the same are provided to enhance strength and durability of water retainable and permeable block. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly cement mortar composition comprises an inorganic binding material, a polymer-type binding material, fine aggregate and water. 0.1-20 parts by weight of the polymer-based binding material is contained in the polymer cement mortar composition based on 100 parts by weight of the inorganic binding material. A mixing weight ratio of the fine aggregate to inorganic binding material is 1:1-5. 0.1-15 parts by weight of water is contained in the polymer cement mortar composition based on 100 parts by weight of the inorganic binding material. The inorganic binding material comprises cement and bottom ash. The polymer-based binding material comprises 30-70 parts by weight of styrene acryl emulsion, 1-25 parts by weight of ethylacrylate, 1-25 parts by weight of acryl butyl, and 1-25 parts by weight of zinc ammonium chloride.</p> |
