METHOD OF SYNTHESIZING GRAPHENE

PURPOSE: The synthesizing method of graphene is provided to directly synthesize the graphene using a chemical vapor deposition method by injecting a carbon precursor on a dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION: The synthesizing method of graphene includes the following: a dielectric substrate is prepared(S100); the dielectric substrate is mounted at the tube of an electric furnace(S200); the temperature of the electric furnace is raised to a reaction temperature(S300); and a carbon precursor is injected into the tube such that the carbon precursor is pyrolyzed, and graphene is synthesized on the dielectric substrate by using a chemical vapor deposition method(S400). The dielectric substrate is a sapphire substrate or a glass substrate.
