NOZZLE EXCHANING MODULE FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING

PURPOSE: A nozzle change module for continuous casting is provided to easily and quickly change a lower nozzle by generating an opposite force to the elastic force of supporting units. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle change module for continuous casting comprises a guide unit(300), supporting units(400), and a change assist unit. The guide unit comprises a detachable fluid cylinder(700) which contacts the underside of an upper nozzle and allows a lower nozzle connected to the upper nozzle to be slid and replaced. The supporting units are arranged one or more on both sides of a virtual line extended to both sides from the bottom center of the upper nozzle and elastically support the underside of the lower nozzle from both sides. The change assist unit exerts an opposite force which acts opposite to the elastic force when replacing a new lower nozzle or separating the aged lower nozzle.
