The installation has transfer reservoirs (4, 5) attached with pressurizing units (20), pressure relief valves (42, 52), filling valves (40, 50) and opening valves (43, 53) through a set of valves (41, 51), respectively. A managing unit manages opening and closing of the pressure relief valves, the filling valves and the opening valves to realize connection of a transfer line to one of the reservoirs when the other reservoir is empty, and to fill the empty reservoir by gravity after pressurizing the former reservoir so as to maintain the transfer line under pressure.
