The device has photovoltaic solar panels, which are nonadjacent with each other and separated by empty spaces, where the device is placed at vertical, inclined, straight or curved positions. A set of cylindrical shaped sensors is provided for capturing diffused light at an angle of 360 degree around a main axis. The sensors are integrated into a rigid frame (5), which is fixed or clamped on a smooth horizontal or vertical upright of the device. The panels are composed of poly crystalline or single-crystal silicon, and thin layers deposited around a central rigid axis.
