PURPOSE: A card processing device is provided to arrange an actuator without restriction of a place or a direction and to easily unlock a lock of an eccentric cam. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(53) hangs on an eccentric cam(60). The supporter supports the eccentric cam. The supporter supports the eccentric cam in a first location. The supporter displaces the eccentric cam from a first location to a second location by unlocking engagement with the eccentric cam. In case an abnormal detector detects abnormality, an actuator(51) rotates the supporter.
