PURPOSE: A thermosetting vibration-proof/sound-proof paint composition is provided to excellent vibration-proofness and sound-proofness, and to able to form a coating film with a thickness capable of sufficiently absorbing noise and vibration during the operation of a vehicle by moderated mixing ratio of resin and filler. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting vibration-proof/sound-proof paint composition comprises 100 parts by weight of modified acrylic resin, 80-100 parts by weight of inorganic porous lightweight filler as main ingredients. The composition comprises 1-3 parts by weight of tackifier, 12-18 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 3-7 parts by weight of dispersant, 3-7 parts by weight of anti-freezing agent, 50-60 parts by weight of pigment, 3-7 parts by weight of anti-corrosion agent, and 8-10 parts by weight of anti-corrosion agent. The inorganic porous filler is one or more selected from porous silica, glass micro hollow spheres, and ceramic micro hollow sphere. |
