UV HARDENING BLOCK DEVICE FOR CIRCUIT-PATTERN PRINTER

PURPOSE: A hardening prevention device of a circuit pattern printer is provided to prevent the separation of an ultraviolet ray blocking belt by having a separation preventing protrusion in both ends rims of a plurality of roller members and control the tension of the ultraviolet ray blocking belt when the ultraviolet ray blocking belt is loosened by having a tension controlling unit in the roller member. CONSTITUTION: A hardening prevention device of a circuit pattern printer comprises a work table(30), an ultraviolet ray blocking belt(50), and a plural roller members(80). The work table is installed in a body(10) and is operated by a driving member(40) in order form a circuit pattern with ink supplied from a head(20) to a board seated on the top of the work table. The ultraviolet ray blocking belt is connected to both ends of the work table. The ultraviolet ray blocking belt absorbs the ultraviolet rays irradiated from a UV hardening device arranged to be adjacent to the head for an ink hardening prevention. The roller members are installed in the body at a set interval so that ultraviolet ray blocking belt is endlessly operated.
