PURPOSE: A ubiquitous type stand-by control system capable of secluding the stand-by power and a method using the same is provided to remotely seclude the power of electronic devices and the stand-by power seclusion by a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous type stand-by power control system controls the power of electronic devices and the stand-by power seclusion using a camera equipping a infrared ray signal output device. A power circuit breaker(31) switches off it comes one or more power lines. A power measurement part(32) measures the electric energy applied in the power line. A network module(33) performs data communications with a cellular phone. A central processing part(40) receives a disconnect command of the power line from the cellular phone and secludes the power line if the electric energy applied in the power line is less than of an amount of standard electric power. |
