A PROTRUDING KITCHEN KNIFE

PURPOSE: A kitchen knife having a protruded portion is provided to easily separate chopped food stuffs without sticking on a kitchen knife when chopping food because a portion of the smooth side is convexly projected. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen knife(1) having a protruded portion comprises a linear protruded portion(2). The linear protruded portion is formed with a gentle curve downward to a handle part from the right side of a sharp front portion of a kitchen knife. A cross-section of the protruded portion is a convex curve shape.
