MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYLACTIC ACID COMPOSITES COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polylactic acid composite material composition is provided to obtain a material with excellent thermal resistance, impact strength and tensile strength by controlling processing conditions and molding conditions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polylactic acid composite material composition comprises: a step of manufacturing a molded product by melting and mulling a composition comprising 60-80 weight% of enantiomeric L-polylactic acid resin, 15-30 weight% of optical isomerism D-polylactic acid, and 5-10 weight% of a poly(ethylene-alkylacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate) resin at 190-195 °C; and a step of molding the molded product in an injection mold of which surface temperature is 100-110 °C. A melting index(MI) of the optical isomerism D-polylactic acid is 10-40 g/10 minutes(190°C, 2.16 kg load).
