<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing agent for a liquid crystal one-drop-fill process, the sealing agent showing stable adhesiveness to a glass substrate and low fouling property on a liquid crystal. <P>SOLUTION: A thermosetting and photosetting sealing agent for a liquid crystal one-drop-fill process contains (A) diglycidyloxybenzophenone as a sealing agent component for a liquid crystal one-drop-fill process, and does not contain a compound having substantially an epoxy group and a (meth)acrylic group in one molecule. The sealing agent for a liquid crystal one-drop fill process contains (B) a (meth)acrylic resin having an isocyanuric skeleton in the molecule.
