<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly provide dispersedly managed staff member information without batch management. <P>SOLUTION: A staff member information provision server 10 presents prescribed retrieval items stored in an intra-organization information index DB 11 to a user terminal 50, and in response to a retrieval request specifying a plurality of retrieval items selected from the presented prescribed retrieval items and item conditions indicating respective extraction conditions for the respective retrieval items, acquires information related to staff members satisfying the specified item conditions in the specified retrieval items from a plurality of management servers respectively managing staff member information related to the respective specified retrieval items among a plurality of management servers 20, 30 and 40 for managing a part of the staff member information respectively, specifies information indicating the information related to the staff member satisfying all of the respective item conditions of the plurality of retrieval items specified in the retrieval request on the basis of the acquired information, and transmits the specified information as the staff member information on a retrieval result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
