PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise from mixing in a photographed image while controlling an imaging device to an appropriate temperature.

SOLUTION: A photographing device comprises: an imaging device for imaging a subject and transferring captured imaging signals; cooling means for cooling the imaging device; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the imaging device; pulse width modulation control means for executing pulse width modulation control of the cooling means by pulse width modulation signals on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor; and transfer control means for controlling transfer of the imaging signals so as to pause the transfer of the imaging signals at timing including at least one of rise and fall of the pulse width modulation signals on the basis of a duty factor of the pulse width modulation signals.
