<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a router and a communications program which can ensure service quality by stably running other applications even when VPN communication is performed. <P>SOLUTION: When a received notification signal is a communication path setting notification (S1, S3: YES), a router sets a VPN communication path with other routers (S5). A transmission speed upper limit is determined for a communication path unit based on an amount of the communication path set in the step S5 (S7). When a communication path setting in the step S5 is enabled (S9), communication control is performed at a transmission speed which does not exceed the transmission speed upper limit determined in the step S7 in each communication path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
