<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for a vehicle which can suppress the generation of cracks in a solder part for fixing an electric circuit element arranged under a connector alignment plate, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the electronic control device. <P>SOLUTION: An alignment plate 30 comprises: a recess 33 formed by recessing a portion which corresponds to an electric circuit element 21 on a surface 32 facing a printed board 20; and thermosetting resin 40 which is provided in the recess 33 of the alignment plate 30, while coating the electric circuit element 21 and a solder part 24. As described above, because the thermosetting resin 40 covers the electric circuit element 21 and the solder part 24 arranged under the alignment plate 30, stress is hardly applied to the solder part 24 fixing the electric circuit element 21, thus making the solder part 24 less likely to be cracked.
