<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flameproofing furnace apparatus capable of efficiently removing dust and a tar component from hot air. <P>SOLUTION: The flameproofing furnace apparatus has a flameproofing furnace provided with: a heat-treatment chamber for heat-treating a precursor fiber therein; a hot air blowout opening for supplying hot air to the heat-treatment chamber; a hot air suction opening for discharging the hot air from the heat-treatment chamber; a hot air circulation passage for sending the hot air discharged from the hot air suction opening to the hot air blowout opening; and hot air heating means for heating the hot air in the hot air circulation passage. The flameproofing furnace apparatus further has an aggregation mechanism which takes in hot air from the hot air circulation passage provided upstream of the hot air heating means, aggregates impurities, and returns the hot air to the hot air circulation passage again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
