<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink capable of solving compatibly both scumming resistance and an inking property of problems in waterless printing, as to a planographic printing ink composition used in planographic printing, in particular, as to environment conscious ink for the waterless printing capable of reducing a content of a volatile organic compound by using a vegetable oil as a principal component of a solvent component, and not discharging wetting water. <P>SOLUTION: The waterless ink has a satisfactory scumming aptitude and a low volatile organic compound component by using a rosin-modified phenol resin having a softening point, a weight-averaged molecular weight and solubility within respective fixed ranges in the planographic printing ink composition containing a binder resin, the vegetable oil, a tall oil fatty acid ester and a pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
