<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust air circulating type grain dryer that can dry grain smoothly while preventing cracking when a small amount of grain is fed. <P>SOLUTION: A circulating grain dryer includes an exhaust air return amount adjusting means (22 and 23) which adjust an exhaust air circulation amount, which means the amount of exhaust air having been exhausted from an exhaust chamber (8) by an exhaust air fan (7), to be returned to a drying chamber (3). Feeding amount setting means (SW8 and SE6) set the amount of grain fed to a reservoir chamber (2) and the drying chamber (3). A controller (41) is provided: If the amount of grain to be fed by the feeding amount setting means (SW8 and SE6) is a predetermined value or more, the grain is dried with the exhaust air return amount adjusting means (22 and 23) set to be an exhaust air return state from an initial water content value to a finish water content value; and if the amount of gain to be fed by the feeding amount setting means (SW8 and SE6) is a predetermined value or less, the grain is dried with the exhaust air return amount adjusting means (22 and 23) set to be a state having little exhaust air return amount from the initial water content value to the finish water content value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
