<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate holding frame body and the like, capable of safely storing and transporting a large-size sheet substrate of about 2-m square. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate holding frame body 10 is provided for the usage of conveyance or storage, in which one rectangular sheet substrate is housed in the frame body, and the frame body with the sheet substrate being housed therein is positioned and stacked in a multi-layered manner. The frame body includes: a metal frame portion 11 having right and left sides being flat, and front and back sides curved to the lower side of the substrate; a substrate support portion 13 extended from the upper surface or lower surface of the metal frame portion toward the four-side inner periphery; fitting portions 12a and 12b inclined down toward the four inner peripheral sides of the metal frame portion 11; and a resin substrate holding member 14 mounted on the sheet substrate contact surface side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
