<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which since the electrical energy available from an electrical power storage device is small the electrical energy stored in the electrical power storage device can be consumed for a relatively short time; and therefore, if an operation is requested which requires electrical energy to be stored in the electrical power storage device while no electrical energy is stored after consumption, the execution of the operation needs to be reserved until the adequate electrical energy has been stored in the electrical power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrical apparatus having an electrical power storage device that can store only a low amount of electrical power and needs charging to be used, when an operation is requested which requires electrical power to be supplied from the electrical power storage device, such electrical power is supplied from an electrical power storage device in another electrical apparatus, having a higher amount of electrical power.
