PURPOSE: A line-mark installing tool and a line-mark installing method with the same are provided to form a double hole on a surface by fixing a hammer drill to a support jig, replace a blowing jig with the hammer drill, and install a line-mark. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(22) includes a hole(21) of a central part. A tool fixture(25) is placed at a fixed height from a floor plate. The tool fixture fixes a blowing or rotating tool(40). Plural flexible supports(30) are connected between the floor plate and the tool fixture in a vertical direction. The flexible supports are stretched in a longitudinal direction.
