<p>PURPOSE: A thermoplastic adhesion reinforcing agent, a manufacturing method thereof, a thermoplastic olefin waterproof sheet in which the thermoplastic adhesion reinforcing agent is coated and a water proof method using the same are provided to increase adhesion strength between sheets. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic adhesive reinforcing agent is composed of 80-95 parts by weight of SEBS (styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymer), 70-90 parts by weight of SBS (styrene butadiene styrene), 60-80 parts by weight of SIS (styrene isoprene styrene), 50-70 parts by weight of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), 30-50 parts by weight of linear low density polyethylene, 5-10 parts by weight of mineral oil, 30-50 parts by weight of tetraethoxy ortho silane, 20-40 parts by weight of methyl tri-methoxy silane, 10-30 parts by weight of isopropyl titanate and 5-10 parts by weight of dipropylene glycol based on 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane. The mineral oil is aromatic mineral oil with the flash point of 44 deg. Celsius, the specific gravity of 0.79, the dynamic viscosity of 1.0 and the initial boiling point of 160 deg. Celsius.</p> |
