PURPOSE: A polymeric monomer compound, a liquid crystal composition and a liquid crystal display device are provided to prove liquid crystal devices with high transmittance low applied voltage. CONSTITUTION: A polymeric monomer compound is represented by chemical formula (G1). In the chemical formula (G1), n and m respectively indicate integers of 1-20, and R1 and R2 are respectively indicate hydrogen or methyl group. The liquid crystal composition contains a polymeric monomer compound. The liquid crystal composition comprises the polymeric monomer compound, nematic liquid crystal composition, and a chiral agent. The liquid crystal composition expresses blue phase. The liquid crystal display uses the liquid crystal composition.
