PURPOSE: A system for monitoring a vehicle with a black box and a mobile phone is provided to check images of surroundings of the vehicle in real time by taking the images through a cam of the black box and transmitting the images to the mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: An impact sensor(4) is installed in a vehicle. The impact sensor senses an impact on the vehicle. A cam is installed in a black box. The cam takes images of surroundings of the vehicle in real time. The black box transmits the taken images to a mobile phone through Bluetooth. A user monitors the vehicle in real time through the mobile phone.
