摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a heat resistant fiber grid with high intensity is provided to improve the contact point intensity at the crossing point where a warp and a weft intersect in the grid by coating polymer resin films(140) at the crossing point, contrary to the conventional method of strengthening the bonding strength of a thermoplastic resin by merely the welding area of the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing a heat resistant fiber grid with high intensity comprises the following steps:(a) step of producing a grid structure fabric(100) by weaving and knitting a reinforcing fiber(110) in the weft direction and a reinforcing fiber(120) in the warp direction by crossing each other;(b) step of bonding polymer resin films, on which strong adhesive was sprayed by an injector, to both sides of the prepared grid structure fabric;(c) step of compressing the grid structure fabric, which is inserted between polymer resin films, by a compressing roller, and producing as a sheet in which the grid structure fabric is inserted and adhered between polymer resin films by the strong adhesive which is hardened while passing through a hardening oven; and(d) step of perforating the lattice interval of the grid structure fabric in a square or circular shape by passing the sheet through a perforation roller which is processed in order to punch into a square or circular shape.
