摘要 PURPOSE: A cathode for a hybrid capacitor and a hybrid capacitor using the same are provided to obtain an improved operation voltage range using materials which are able to use activated carbon as an electrode of the hybrid capacitor and to utilize the mechanism of lithium ion batteries. CONSTITUTION: A cathode for a hybrid capacitor comprises a current collector; and a material layer which contains an activated carbon bed formed on the current collector and is able to utilize the mechanism of lithium ion batteries. The material layer capable of utilizing the mechanism of lithium ion batteries contains a 3d transition metal oxide layer. The material layer capable of utilizing the mechanism of lithium ion batteries contains an electrode for the hybrid capacitor, which is a tin oxide substance. The tin oxide substance is at least one among tin oxide, stannous pyrophosphate, SnPBO6 and SnPO4Cl.
