<p>PURPOSE: An anisotropically conductive adhesive is provided to prevent coagulation of conductive balls and to improve adhesive reliability because an adhesion is improved after contraction. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropically conductive adhesive(100) comprises 100.0 parts by weight of an insulating adhesive resin, 3-10 parts by weight of conductive balls, 0.1-1 parts by weight of a hardening initiator, and 3-10 parts by weight of an organic filler(2). The organic filler is dissolved at a temperature lower than the contraction temperature at contracting with an adhesive object of the anisotropically conductive adhesive. The insulating adhesive resin is one or more selected from a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, and a radically polymerized resin. The anisotropically conductive film comprises a base film and an anisotropically conductive adhesive layer coated on the top of the base film.</p> |
