Bioreactor for the production of tissue substitutes, particularly cartilage consists from hermetically separated chamber in which is arranged the device for mechanical loads. Equipment consists from the cultivation vessel with a pad (8) arranged in its top part (6) and from at least one rotating pressure indenter (13) connected to a carrier (2). Carrier (2) associated with the linear motor (1) and is in view of the cultivation vessel (5) movably stored.
