PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for an insertion port of a manhole is provided to reduce maintenance time by preventing foreign materials from flowing into the insertion port of the manhole when the manhole is opened and closed. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for an insertion port of a manhole is comprised as follows. A sealing member(100) is detachably inserted into an insertion port(11) formed in a manhole(10). An insertion hole is formed in the sealing member, and a hanger part(120) is inserted into the insertion hole. The insertion port of the manhole is opened and closed through the sealing member.
