PURPOSE: A double-sided flexible PCB and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form stable electrical connection between conductive patterns by forming a sheet layer in a via hole and performing copper plating. CONSTITUTION: A flexible PCB includes a base film(10) having a via hole(2), a first conductive pattern(20) laminated on one side of a base film and a second conductive pattern(30). The second conductive pattern is laminated on the other side of a base film. The second conductive pattern is electrically connected with a first conductive pattern. The base film consists of an insulating polyimide film. A first adhesive sheet(12) attached to the first conductive pattern is attached to one side of the base film. A second adhesive sheet(14) attached to the second conductive pattern is attached to the other side of the base film.
