PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for suppressing the spike voltage generated by leakage inductance of the transformer in a flyback converter are provided to suppress the spike voltage by the energy accumulated in the leakage inductance without using a snubber circuit. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(20a) comprises an input winding(202) which is rolled on the transformer core and accumulates energy, an output winding(204a) which draws out and provide the energy to the loads, a first conduction coil(201a), and a second conduction coil(203a). The first conduction coil faces the opposite surface of the side facing the output winding, among the input winding surfaces. The second conduction coil is rolled between the input winding and output winding. An auxiliary voltage rectifier comprises a diode(29), a resistance(28) and a capacitor(25).
