<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely carry out automatic coil winding work for connecting a conducting wire to each of three or more coil terminals in a polarized electromagnetic relay to form a coil on a bobbin. <P>SOLUTION: Three or more coil terminals 118, 120, and 122 respectively have tangled parts 118a, 120a, and 122a to which a conducting wire 116 is connected; and terminal parts 118b, 120b, and 122b separated from the tangled parts. A bobbin 114 includes a first surface 130a on which the tangled part of one coil terminal in a terminal pair of two exciting circuit projects out, and a second surface 130b on which the terminal part of the coil terminal projects out on the opposite side to the first surface. The conducting wire 116 of a coil 112 is laid along the first surface of the bobbin by a first lead part 116a extending between the tangled part of one coil terminal configuring the terminal pair and the coil, and laid along the second surface of the bobbin by a second lead part 116b extending between the tangled part of the other coil terminal configuring the terminal pair and the coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
