<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional method of squeezing a lemon with the flesh of a halved lemon facing downward is unable to break oil cells existing in the skin surface and unable to extract the aroma component, while conventionally a lemon squeezer generally squeezes lemon by cutting it in half, with the cut end facing downward, which fails to use the aroma component of the lemon that fully exists in the form of minute oil cells on the skin surface side though the fruit juice of the lemon exists in the flesh portion. <P>SOLUTION: The lemon squeezer includes: a lid part with projections for squeezing the flesh of a lemon; a body with a large number of minute projections inside a lemon squeezer container in which a halved lemon is placed, with the cut end facing upward; and a receiving plate part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
