A cell equalization control system includes, an assembled cell (101), voltage detection terminal groups 102a, 102b, first and second switch groups 103, 104, a transformer 106, a polarity switching relay group 105 controls connection polarity of the terminals T1 and T2, and connects the first terminal and the second terminal to a second coil side of the transformer 106 via a rectifier diode 108, a control unit 109 controls the first and second switch groups 103 and 104 and the polarity switching relay group 105 to connect, to the secondary coil of the transformer 106, prescribed cells or prescribed battery blocks in which the cells are put together constituting the assembled cell 101, and after that, performing equalization control for the prescribed cells or the prescribed battery blocks by controlling the switch element 107. |
