SKIN CLEANSING AGENT COMPOSITION

摘要

This skin cleansing agent composition contains 15 to 30 mass % of a non-ionic surfactant having a HLB value of higher than 9 but not higher than 20, 1 to 15 mass % of a non-ionic surfactant having a HLB value of not lower than 5 but not higher than 9, 10 to 40 mass % of an oil agent having a viscosity of 30 mPa·s or lower at 30°C, 10 to 40 mass % of a water-soluble solvent having 3 or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule, 10 to 30 mass % of a water-soluble solvent having 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups in the molecule, 0.05 to 1.0 mass % of a water-soluble polymer having (meth)acrylic acid as a constituent unit and/or an acryloyl methyl taurate-vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, 0.001 to 2.0 mass % of a water-soluble inorganic salt and/or an organic salt having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and water; the skin cleansing agent composition has an isotropic single liquid phase having a bi-continuous structure.
